This posting begins with an email thread that was started in September 2015 following the CWNP WiFi Trek conference. It includes original comments from several interested parties. The thread was kept private, to begin, due to the sensitive and unproven nature of the assertion being discussed. After several months of discourse, Devin and Rick decided that the content was too important to keep under wraps and needed to be made available to the full wireless community. The email thread that started this all has been reproduced here as closely as possible to the original. Permission to reprint has been granted by all those originally involved.

The assertions presented here have not been conclusively proven but initial experiments do seem to support the statements which were originally made by Chuck Lukaszewski.
